On November 8, 2019, Sonadezi Giang Dien held a rehearsal of the fire prevention and rescue plan at Sonadezi Building, An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai province. This is an annual activity organized to raise the awareness of firefighting for the employees and tenants at Sonadezi Building, training the grassroots firefighting force to know how to use the equipment proficiently to extinguish the fire in the beginning, coordinating synchronously with many forces in carrying out fire fighting and rescue.
This year, the hypothetical situation is set at 8:00 am, a fire arises from the 19th floor where the restaurant is dining and flare up after a few minutes, accompanied by high smoke. When the incident occurred, there were about 850 people working at the building and people trying to escape should create chaos. Detecting fire, defending the guards to support the people at the same time, just use the on-site fire extinguishing equipment and notify the provincial fire department and firefighting team of Sonadezi Long Binh JSC to request assistance.
Shortly thereafter, the provincial Fire Police and Sonadezi Long Binh firefighting team dispatched fire engines, ladder cars and dozens of officers and soldiers to the scene of firefighting and rescue. After 30 minutes, the fire was extinguished, the trapped people were taken to a safe place. The rehearsal ended successfully.
