Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee on July 6 officially inaugurated the provincial Public Administrative Center on the sixth floor of the Sonadezi building near Vung Tau Intersection in An Binh ward, Bien Hoa city.
Minister of Information and Communications Truong Minh Tuan, Secretary of Dong Nai Party Committee Nguyen Phu Cuong and Chairman of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai attended the inauguration ceremony.
At the ceremony, Director of the provincial Department of Internal Affairs Nguyen Van Thuoc announced the establishment of service directory enquiries to receive, provide guidance and answer queries of local people and businesses.
On this occasion, the provincial Public Administrative Center signed cooperation agreements with Zalo on developing friendly technology application, supporting local people and businesses in dealing with administrative procedures and with Dong Nai Branch of Vietinbank on State tax collection.
The centre will create a professional and dynamic environment to deal with administrative procedures more swiftly and effectively as well as improve citizens’ satisfaction with provincial public services.
Launching from May, residents and businesses will no longer have to commute between different headquarters to complete paperwork, as their documents can now be submitted to representatives of all 22 department-level authorities inside the public administrative center.
